Admission letter from school in Thailand (Original) - The letter must be typed in the school�fs letter head and signed by authorized managing director | |||||

Recommendation letter from a school in Japan (Original in the company's or school's letter head) (Those who are directly enrolled school in Thailand and unable to submit the recommendation letter from Japanese school must instead submit a guarantee letter with a photocopy of the guarantor�fs passport or driver�fs license with original signature.) |

Please be noted that
Passport holders of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Sudan, Algeria, Libya, Yemen, Egypt, Afghanistan, Nigeria and Palestinian State are requested to file for application at the Thai Embassy / Consulate-General where they have their permanent residence . Applicants without permanent residents are required to apply for Thai visa in your own country. As the result of examination, we may ask you for a certificate of your no criminal record. As it often takes over one month to be issued, enough time shall be taken into consideration to apply for a visa.
Consular officers reserve the rights to ask for additional documents as deemed necessary.
* Passport holders from Middle East & South Asia and Africa may be requried for interview, plese apply for visa with enough time for departure.
In the absence of a required document, a letter indicating the unavailability of such document must be provided.
The applicant must sign on each page of the copy.
Documents in foreign languages must be translated in Thai. If translated into English, it should be notorized by notary organs or the applicant's diplomatic/ consular mission.
